Now that all of the wedding excitement is over, James and I can relax and focus on plans A, B, and C. As all of you know, we have been reviewing every option from going Active Duty, to moving to Texas, to staying in North Carolina. Today, we may be one step closer because James finally took his hearing test...and passed! This brings us joy for many reasons. First off, we're thrilled that his hearing isn't as bad as we thought. He actually got 100% of the words correct on the hearing test. Secondly, as long as something doesn't go wrong (cross your fingers, make a wish, say a prayer) he should be able to sign his contract with the Army by early next week. For now, we will continue to work on alternate plans, and do what we do best. Patiently wait.
